Over three 90-minute live gatherings, we’ll explore how creativity and gentle movement can help your heart make meaning, soften pain, and rediscover its own rhythm.

Each session blends reflection, expressive writing, art, and simple grief-yoga movements — designed to release tension, steady the breath, and bring you home to your body.

You are not alone. You are becoming. This path will help you keep walking, one soft step at a time.

You don’t need any experience with writing, art, or yoga — this isn’t about skill, it’s about expression.

Together, we’ll create space for what you’re feeling to move, soften, and lighten.


Each 90-minute session includes guided reflection, expressive art or writing,

and gentle conversation inside a safe, supportive community.You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, to honor your story, and to remember that transformation doesn’t mean leaving your grief behind — it means letting it change you. 

 

What You’ll Need

To make the most of this experience, prepare a quiet, comfortable space — somewhere you can breathe, feel, and create without interruption.

Please bring:

  • Your Path of Cocooning Workbook (printable PDF or digital copy)

  • A writing journal and pen

  • A few simple art supplies — colored pencils, markers, or paints

  • A candle or soft light, if it feels comforting

  • Comfortable clothes that allow gentle movement or stretching

Jen Ripa is a grief coach, expressive arts guide, and founder of Thrivologie — a community that helps grieving mothers and tender-hearted women transform loss into light.

After losing her teenage son and husband, Jen learned to rebuild her life through stillness, creativity, and courage. Now she walks beside others on their own path of healing, guiding them to find beauty, meaning, and hope again.
