Give voice to your emotions through expressive writing and art. Learn how creativity helps grief move through the body and return you to a sense of aliveness.

Day 3 – Walking the Path Together - 90-minute zoom call
Friday, November 14 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm est

Gather the threads of your experience in community. Integrate what has been revealed, honor your growth, and step forward feeling held, connected, and renewed.
